Shipping

#1 : We are not Amazon. Don't expect us to ship like them.

All in-stock items will be processed for shipping within 5 business days (APEX is closed Saturday, Sunday and all major holidays).

With Standard Shipping, you will receive your order anywhere from 3-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. If you purchase upgraded shipping, please add our processing time to the shipping estimate.

After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to five days to process your order. This is just an estimate, sometimes a particular order may take longer than another.  Please also allow for weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipping notification email that we've shipped your order, and the tracking information.

Once the item has been handed over to the shipping carrier, APEX no longer has control over the item. Ownership of packages turned over to the shipping carrier transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info provided by you. When packages are marked as delivered and/or signed for at your shipping address, the transaction is considered completed. Shipping is a service you purchase from the carrier along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by the carrier. 

We offer Guide Package Protection for all of our shipments. Otherwise, lost/damaged shipments are covered (up to $200) by Shipsurance, which requires a 20-day waiting period before approving claims (40 days for international shipments).

APEX does not guarantee common carrier shipping times or estimates. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

PO Boxes/Freight Forwarders/Parcel Shipping
APEX will not ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarders. If you enter an address that the system recognizes as a PO box, freight forwarding or parcel shipping address, we will cancel your order and your method of payment will be refunded.

Address Changes
Due to reports of fraud, we are unable to change your shipping address once the order is placed. If you need to update the shipping address and the item hasn't shipped yet, you'll need to request a cancellation and order again.

RV Parks/Hotels/Motels/Temporary Lodging
APEX will not ship to RV parks/communities, campgrounds, hotels, motels, or any other lodging that can be considered a temporary residence. If you enter an address that the system recognizes as this type of address, we will cancel your order and your method of payment will be refunded.

Signature Required

We ship with signature required for all orders over $100 to protect your purchase. We may ship with signature required for some orders under this threshold in order to protect your purchase (for example, shipping to apartments/condos/community living spaces).

If you provide an apartment address as your ship to destination, this is at your own risk. APEX will not be liable for loss or theft. Expedited shipping is not guaranteed as unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Online Orders
Orders placed on www.apexdesignsusa.com can be delivered within the United States and Canada, and to select countries. If you would like to make an international purchase, please contact us at info@apexdesignsusa.com. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes
APEX is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to your order at the point of entry. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

International Shipping
All orders shipping to a destination outside of the USA are subject to import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. We have no control of the additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your product. We do not benefit in any way from these charges.

We are not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during delivery of packages. Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected for review by your country’s Customs Department or Agency.

All international orders are exclusive of taxes/duties/fees to paid at port of entry by the customer.


Free Shipping (Mainland USA) 
Orders that qualify for free shipping can only be delivered to select locations in the United States (48 contiguous states). Sorry, this does not apply to APO/FPO/DPO, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, or U.S.V.I..

We at APEX are proud to partner with UPS, U.S. Postal Service, DHL, and other common carriers, and will send orders with free shipping by one of these services.

Damages
APEX is not liable for any lost package during shipping. If you feel as though your order is lost, please contact APEX via email info@apexdesignsusa.com or by phone (844) 414-APEX and we will work diligently to help you find your order. Please note: Some items ship separately and packages may arrive on different dates. Orders may be combined, please check your packing slip to ensure you have received all items.

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please contact our team via email info@apexdesignsusa.com or by phone (844) 414-APEX within 7 days of delivery. Please report your item as soon as possible for assessment. We take photos of all our outgoing orders to ensure accuracy.

Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible.
